Stretching across the northern expanse of Castrovel, Ukulam is an untamed, primeval wilderness of staggering biological ferocity. While civilization flourishes across Asana, The Colonies, and Sovyrian, Ukulam has been preserved by international planetary treaty as an unharvested ecological sanctuary.
The continent is choked with colossal thousand-foot ironwood trees, predatory carnivorous vines, toxic moldstorms, and gargantuan saurian megafauna. It is also the native homeland of the Khizars, an indigenous species of eyeless, photosynthetic plant-folk who dwell in aerial root-canopies and live in harmonious communion with the forest.
Overseen by cloaked watchposts maintained by the Xenowardens, Ukulam serves as a living laboratory for rapid evolutionary cycles. Deep beneath its trackless green canopy lie ancient, overgrown cyclopean ruins and dormant Aiudara (Elf Gates) from civilizations that walked Castrovel before mortal history was recorded.
